Ingredients:
- 3–4 lb venison roast
- Olive oil, onion, garlic
- Rosemary, thyme, bay leaves
- Beef broth, carrots, celery, potatoes
- Au Jus mix, cornstarch
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Sear roast in a Dutch oven.
- Add onion, garlic, herbs, and broth.
- Cover and bake 3 hours.
- Add vegetables and cook until tender.
- Make gravy with cornstarch and pan juices.
